• You must not use the service for any unlawful or harmful activities.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Spinzy Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Cookies & Advertising Tracking

When you check "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" during sign-up, you also consent to the following tracking technologies, used to measure and improve our advertising:

• Meta Pixel: a small script from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that records events such as page views, sign-up completion, and subscription purchases on this site.
• Meta Conversions API: a server-to-server channel that sends the same events to Meta directly from our servers, so tracking still works even if your browser blocks the Meta Pixel script.
• What is shared: page URLs, general device/browser information, your IP address, and a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of identifiers such as your email or account ID -- never your identifiers in plain text.
• Why: this lets us measure how well our ads perform and show relevant ads to prospective students on Meta's platforms. It does not affect Vidya's tutoring behaviour or your account data in any way.
• Your choice: tracking only starts after you check the consent box above. If you do not check it, these events are not sent.
